when managing your own property is finding the right tenant.
To help you better manage this
important responsibility, we’d like to introduce our new Leasing
Solutions program. This program is designed to benefit owners who prefer
to self-manage their rental units but don’t have the time to properly
market and show their available units. The new Investor’s Alliance Leasing
Solutions program will benefit you in many ways. In addition to our
professional leasing agents handling all those time consuming showings
we will provide the following:

rental and employment checks ($40 paid by applicants)
- Copies of
all standard leasing forms

These services are now available from
Investor’s Alliance. The initial setup fee to enroll a specific building
is either $49 or $99 depending on the package. Once a renter has been
found and the lease is signed, you will be charged a modest commission
of $400. Compare that to the money you’d lose and personal time you’d
waste trying to rent your unit yourself between your normal work
