the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants. Its very
basic, but anyone working with rental properties should memorize this
from cover to cover.
Lead Paint Booklet (PDF)
This is the official handbook released by the U.S. EPA covering the
dangers of lead based paint. This booklet should be provided to ALL of
your tenants upon signing of a lease. You should familiarize yourself
with its contents and keep a couple copies lying around for tenants.
